This is the last part of my collage. It’s a drawing of me and a former friend–she has the two little boys who were my “nephews”–based on a photograph.
Category: Drawings
Me and Blondie
The drawing here is done from a photograph of me and my cat, Blondie. I love my kitty, who’s now 18 years old in human years. And I did a pretty good job on him too.
Letting the Sun’s Rays Out
This drawing is done from the picture of a sun letting out its rays, when it’s behind clouds. My professor asked me how I had done the rays–white lines going in different directions–and I told him I used my eraser. He was impressed. The sunshine with its rays going out is here because I love the sunshine. This is another one of my favorites.
Me and Bruce
Pictured here is me and Bruce, as he lays curled up on top of me. He will always be a puppy at heart. It’s here so that I have a picture and then a drawing of us.
Happy Thanksgiving
This “Happy Thanksgiving” drawing is based on a picture from the internet. The “1987” was done on Microsoft Word using WordArt. This is here because I was born in 1987 on Thanksgiving Day.
Jumping Over the Clouds
This is a drawing done of Snip to make it look like he’s jumping over the clouds. I cut out a photograph of him rolling on the ground on his back and taped it on here in such a way to make it look like he’s jumping over the clouds. It’s here because I loved the idea of making him look like he’s jumping over the clouds when he reality he’s rolling on his back.
The Beauty of the Tiger
Of all the parts of the collage, this is my favorite part. I had so much fun drawing this tiger–this part of the collage–that I spent hours upon hours perfecting it. This again shows my love of tigers.
Me and My Boy, Snip
This drawing is based on a photo of me and My Boy, Snip, riding bareback. I did a great job on drawing him, but I did a horrible job on myself. This represents me and him together. My love for him.
Flying Over the Lake at the Crescent Moon
This is a drawing based on the picture of a lake with mountains in the background and the crescent moon reflecting into the lake, with a shooting star above the owl. The owl is cut out from another picture and taped on to this picture. It’s one of my favorites, because of the owl, the different levels of shading, and just everything about this picture I love. It represents my love of nature.
Picture of Me
This is a horribly drawn picture of me based on a photograph. I don’t know what else to say about it. I’m just really bad at drawing people.
